Step Two. 第二步 ( A or B Options, A / B 可選其一)

Option A
Showroom - Make your order straight away, full deposit is needed (100% of purchase price ) and comfortably wait for installation. A/ 於陳列室直接落單, 客戶需付全數訂金後待安裝

After phone call consultantion, we prefer email us your order with the following, as it would be clear enongh 1/ contact person 2/ contact number 3/ designated installation address 4/ desired model & color & parts (e.g. remote control / light fitting...) 5/ your room ceiling height 6/ assume installation date roughly - Contact us page - B/ 於電話咨詢後, 為免溝通上之誤會, 請電郵您的訂單, 因為這樣可比較清楚明白, 請連同以下資料一同電郵. 1/ 聯絡人 2/ 聯絡電話 3/ 安裝地址 4/ 吊扇型號 & 顏色 & 配件 (如遙控/燈等) 5/ 安裝空間高度 6/ 大約安裝日期 -- 聯絡我們 -- |

Option A/
Pay the technician fee after finished installation and enjoy. A/ 完成安裝後請付安裝師傅服務費。 |
Option B/
We will send you an PDF invoice The invoice will include all the details like product code, full description, final price, all your contact details, designated installation date and the ceiling height. Please confirm all the details as attached. Please make 50% deposit of the total amount to our bank details attached on the invoice in order to confirm the order. After the deposit is settled, kindly inform us by email, phone or whatsapp refer to the invoice number stated on the upper right corner (The last 4 digits show like this INV2012/01009999). We will reply you deposit confirmation by email. If there is balance, we will have to receive the full balance in order to send out the good. Wait comfortably at home to be finished the installation, pay the the technician fee after and enjoy! B/ 我們收到您的電郵訂單後,您將會收到有關資料之PDF檔電腦訂單及我們之銀行戶口資料, 確認所有資料無誤後請先入一半訂金確認訂單，經電郵或電話通知我們有關入數記錄資料及有關訂單號碼(訂單號碼右上角是INV2012/01009999 最後尾4個數字)，及後您將收到確認訂金電郵。煩請於預約安裝日子10天前付清尾數以便安排出貨，於安裝日期安妥後請付師傅服務費。 |

Please keep our invoice for warranty purpose as our ceiling fan are supplied by Official Distributor (please refer warranty term page). They will only provide you the warranty if our invoice is presented when their technician arrived. Kindly give us a call if you lost our invoice.
